Overview of the Conference<\/em><\/p>\n Practically responding to the 2022 Traffic Safety Year, Ung Hoa District Women’s Union in collaboration with the Hanoi Traffic Safety Board recently held a conference on propaganda, dissemination and education of the law on traffic safety and traffic culture for 130 officials and members in the district.<\/p>\n Reporter Ta Duc Giang – Deputy Chief of the Office of Traffic Safety Board of Hanoi city presented at the Conference<\/em><\/p>\n At the Conference, officials and members listened to reporter Ta Duc Giang – Deputy Chief of the Office of Traffic Safety Board of Hanoi City presenting about the traffic situation in the city over the past time, analyzing the causes leading to traffic accidents for which he emphasized the harmful effects of alcoholic beverage use when participating in traffic and\u00a0 consequences of traffic accidents and directions and solutions to reduce traffic accidents. In addition, officials and members were guided with number of rules and cultural behavior when participating in traffic; learned the provisions of the law, regulations on administrative penalties when violating traffic laws.<\/p>\n The conference propagated, disseminated and educated the law on traffic safety and traffic culture, which provided a lot of practical and useful knowledge, helping members to raise their knowledge and awareness a of obeying traffic laws, thereby actively propagating their family members to obey the law when participating in traffic.
