Accordingly, the purpose of the contest is to encourage the majority of people of all classes to participate in physical training and sports, to respond to the campaign &#8220;The whole people practice sports under the example of the great Uncle Ho&#8221; and the movement&#8221; Be healthy to establish a career and keep the country&#8221;. Through organizing traditional annual running tournaments, forming the habit of exercising and sports in the people&#8217;s classes, improving health to serve study, labor, production, construction and defense of the country.
