It is a chance to gather photographers from around the country, introduce excellent art photos to the national and international public and summarize and evaluate the achievements of labor works and creation of of Vietnamese photographers in 02 years (2021 and 2022). Thanks to the event, the management agencies and the photography industry can have an overview and true assessment on Vietnamese photographers and also identify the shortcomings recently to find out the development direction for Vietnamese photography in the period of international integration.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-23403\" src=\"https:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/1-33-600x429.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"429\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>The beautiful nature and exotic life of Vietnamese people have become an endless source of inspiration for photographers. Photo: Pham Huy Trung<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the Competition and Exhibition, artists will be encouraged to create more new works containing artistic and content value. It also help encourage unique and novel creative trends, experiments, explorations, ideas that bring breath of contemporary life, contributing to the spiritual and cultural life of people, introducing and promoting the image of the country and Vietnamese people to the domestic and international public.<\/p>\n<p>Professional and non-professional photographers who are Vietnamese citizens and Vietnamese living and working abroad, aged 18 years or older, can submit their photos to the Competition and Exhibition.<\/p>\n<p>Works submitted to the competition include two categories: Realistic photos and conceptual photos, reflecting life, people, culture, landscape, nature, construction and defense of the Vietnamese Fatherland, and efforts in the fight against natural disasters and epidemics; Problems of contemporary life; thoughts, opinions, ideas about life and other contents containing the values \u200b\u200bof truth, goodness and beauty. The works should be completed from July 2020 to July 2022.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-23405\" src=\"https:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/2-33.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"547\" height=\"364\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/2-33.jpg 547w, https:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/2-33-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 547px) 100vw, 547px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Photo of &#8220;Time City Water Music&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The organization committee will select about 300 excellent works from competitors for the exhibition, of which about 30 excellent works will be selected for awarding. There are 02 prize systems for 02 photo categories with a total of 30 prizes (including: 02 Gold Medals; 04 Silver Medals; 08 Bronze Medals and 16 Consolation Prizes). The prize structure may change, based on the quality of works of each category.<\/p>\n<p>The ceremony of \u00a0the Vietnam Art Photo Contest and Exhibition 2022 is expected to be held in March 2022.
