On the morning of November 17, Ba Dinh District inaugurated the exhibition \u201cArranging Water and the Heritage of Hang Dau Water Tower,\u201d the sculpture art exhibition \u201cIron,\u201d and the photo exhibition \u201cCultural Heritage of Ba Dinh District.\u201d These activities are part of the response to the Hanoi Creative Design Festival 2023 initiated by Hanoi city, creating a connected series of spaces under the theme \u201cHeritage Flow in the Creative City.\u201d The exhibitions will run until November 26.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the Van Xuan Flower Garden (Quan Thanh Ward), Ba Dinh District showcases the artistic sculpture works of architect Duong Nguyen Huy and the photo exhibition \u201cCultural Heritage of Ba Dinh District\u201d by architect Nguyen Phu Duc.<\/p>\n

At the Hang Dau Water Tower (Quan Thanh Ward), locals and tourists can admire the artistic space created by the design team, including architect Cao The Anh, painter Nguyen Duc Phuong, and their creative collaborators.<\/p>\n

The Hanoi Creative Design Festival is an annual event of the city of Hanoi, aiming to implement plans to participate in UNESCO\u2019s Creative Cities Network, promote the development of the cultural industry, and affirm Hanoi\u2019s pioneering position at the national level while integrating with the international trend of innovative economics.<\/p>\n

International Tourists explored the Photo Exhibition \u201cCultural Heritage of Ba Dinh District.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

The festival aspires to bring a new experience to the people of the capital, awakening the cultural heritage along the banks of the Red River; it promises to be a launching pad for Hanoi\u2019s creative power and a catalyst for the development of cultural and service industries.<\/p>\n

A diverse crowd of locals and tourists visited the exhibitions.<\/em><\/p>\n

According to the Director of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, Do Dinh Hong, marking its third year, this year\u2019s festival is on a larger scale, gathering experts, organizations from within the country and internationally, artists, creative communities in various fields, from design, art, sound, and light to design teams in operations, organization, students, volunteers, environmental sanitation teams, workers from the Gia Lam Locomotive Factory, and the railway.<\/p>\n

The organizers are creating a platform for creativity, promoting ideas, and connecting creators to provide the people of Hanoi and tourists at home and abroad with a diverse, high-quality, colorful cultural and creative product, showcasing Hanoi\u2019s boundless internal resources. The festival encourages the formation of a creative community, connecting various cultural industries such as architecture, fine arts, performing arts, and design, forming creative platforms to leverage cultural resources, especially the traditional culture of Hanoi.<\/p>\n

Simultaneously and lasting for the last three days of the weekend until the end of December 2023, the \u201cCultural Spaces Showcasing Vietnamese Cuisine\u201d event will take place in the food street combined with walking on Dao Ngoc – Ngu Xa (Truc Bach Ward). The activity will be held at four points around the Truc Bach Lake parking lot. At each point, there will be a mobile car model parked, with the passenger compartment arranged with a regional culinary product with unique decoration, introducing a fresh system of lights, and characteristic music for tourists to experience. Visitors can participate in booths introducing OCOP products and enjoy outstanding cultural and artistic programs.<\/p>\n
