On August 15, the city\u2019s inter-sectoral inspection team continued its evaluation of the implementation of the Code of Conduct for officials, civil servants, employees, and laborers in city agencies, as well as the Code of Conduct in Public Places in Dong Anh district.<\/strong><\/p>\n

One-Stop Division at the People’s Committee of Dong Anh District<\/em><\/p>\n

According to Nguyen Thi My Linh, Deputy Head of the Culture and Information Department of Dong Anh district, in 2024, during the conference to outline key tasks for the year, the district emphasized the importance of implementing the Code of Conduct for officials, civil servants, employees, and laborers in conjunction with the Civil Service Culture Project. This includes integrating the Code of Conduct in Public Places with administrative reform efforts, aligning with the annual work theme aimed at establishing a professional administrative foundation and a workforce characterized by \u201cDISCIPLINE \u2013 RESPONSIBILITY \u2013 DEDICATION \u2013 FRIENDLINESS.\u201d Regarding the Code of Conduct for officials, civil servants, and employees, the district has launched several exemplary models, such as the One-Stop Division and integrated one-stop services that ensure a civilized, friendly, and professional approach to administrative procedures, as well as models promoting bright, green, clean, beautiful, tidy, and orderly workplaces. These two initiatives are shining examples in Dong Anh district and have been implemented comprehensively. Following the rollout of the One-Stop Division model, all 24 units in communes and towns have effectively adopted the model and followed the prescribed processes. Notable examples include the One-Stop Division at the district People\u2019s Committee and those in the communes of Co Loa, Kim No, and Lien Ha. The district has also organized a contest for civilized and professional One-Stop Divisions for units across its communes and towns, maintaining this initiative for three consecutive years.<\/p>\n

With the initiative for bright, green, clean, beautiful, tidy, and orderly workplaces, the district has launched this model across all communes and towns and organized a competition for these areas as well as for the departments and units within the district. This effort has encouraged each individual official and civil servant to take personal responsibility for organizing their workspace into a bright, green, clean, and beautiful environment while fulfilling their assigned duties and tasks. Additionally, the district has hosted competitions for officials, civil servants, and employees focused on promoting civility and elegance, as well as on disseminating the two Codes of Conduct.<\/p>\n

The Code of Conduct in Public Places has been implemented throughout the district in all community activity sites, cultural houses, and historical sites. In 2024, the district developed two exemplary models linked to the implementation of the Codes of Conduct: the model of a cultural relic in line with the Codes of Conduct has been applied at the national historical site of Sai Temple, and this initiative has now been expanded to other national historical sites such as Nhan Tai Communal House, Ly Nhan Communal House, Ha Vy Communal House, and the Co Loa historical relic. The second model is a cultural house aligned with the Codes of Conduct. Furthermore, in September, the district will organize a competition for outstanding promoters of the Code of Conduct in Public Places.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith comprehensive and resolute guidance from the district to the communes and towns, and the engagement of all departments, sectors, and organizations, Dong Anh district has effectively implemented the two Codes of Conduct, showing clear transformation in the results achieved by each model as well as in the implementation of the contents within the two codes,\u201d affirmed the Deputy Head of the Culture and Information Department of Dong Anh district.<\/p>\n

During the inspection, Bui Minh Hoang, Head of the Department of Cultural Lifestyle and Family (Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports), praised the systematic and practical deployment of the district\u2019s models, noting their significant effectiveness. The One-Stop Division at the Dong Anh District People\u2019s Committee and the Tien Duong Commune People\u2019s Committee have been built impressively, equipped with modern and synchronized facilities. The staff at the One-Stop-Shop present a professional demeanor, from their uniforms and official badges to their service attitudes, creating a comfortable atmosphere for citizens when conducting their business. This illustrates Dong Anh district\u2019s vigorous commitment to implementing the two Codes of Conduct, generating positive impacts, responsibility, and effectiveness in both work and community life, to cultivate an elegant and civilized Hanoi citizenry.<\/p>\n
