On the morning of November 11, 2024, at the Grand Hall of the National Academy of Public Administration, the National Academy of Public Administration, in collaboration with the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, officially launched the Course on Digital Transformation Knowledge in the Cultural Sector and the Course on Family Culture Knowledge 2024.<\/p>\n

Mr. Do Dinh Hong, Director of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, delivers remarks at the opening ceremony.<\/em><\/p>\n In his opening remarks, Mr. Do Dinh Hong, Director of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, emphasized: President Ho Chi Minh once affirmed, \u201cCadres are the root of all work\u201d; \u201cThe success or failure of every task depends on the quality of the cadres.\u201d To ignite and promote the cultural values and human potential of the capital city, one of the foremost priorities must be enhancing the quality of Hanoi\u2019s cultural workforce. The documents of the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party highlight: \u201cTraining and developing leaders, managers, policymakers, and advisors in the fields of culture and arts, particularly key officials, who possess a profound understanding of culture, along with integrity, capability, and professional expertise to meet the demands of their duties.\u201d Similarly, the resolutions of the 17th Congress of the Hanoi Municipal Party Committee underscore: \u201cDeveloping human resources, especially high-quality personnel in social management, economic governance, and the culture and tourism sectors,\u201d as a core goal and priority task in the capital\u2019s development process. Clearly, improving the quality of human resources in the cultural sector is a critical task for the upcoming period, aiming to enhance the effectiveness of state management and meet the strategic, focused requirements of advancing Hanoi\u2019s cultural endeavors in the near future.<\/p>\n Mr. Do Dinh Hong urged the participants to focus on completing the course with excellence, strictly adhere to the class rules and regulations, and apply the acquired knowledge effectively to fulfill their assigned duties, particularly in the areas of digital transformation and family culture initiatives.<\/p>\n Master Tran Quang Trung, Head of the Division for Training Management by Ranks, Grades, and Job Positions under the Department of Training Management at the National Academy of Public Administration, announces the official decisions to organize the courses.<\/em><\/p>\n Course Content for the Course on Family Culture Knowledge 2024:<\/p>\n The course content is designed to enhance participants\u2019 understanding of family culture and its role in social life. Key topics include: The evolution of Vietnamese family culture from traditional to modern contexts; Current challenges and opportunities in building Vietnamese family culture; and The socio-cultural significance of family values in contemporary Vietnam.<\/p>\n Master Le Phuong Thuy, Deputy Head of the Training Management Department, National Academy of Public Administration, delivers the opening remarks for the courses.<\/em><\/p>\n Course Content for the Course on Digital Transformation Knowledge in the Cultural Sector: Theoretical foundations and practical applications of digital transformation in culture; Methods and approaches for implementing digital transformation in cultural fields; The inevitable impact of the digital era on cultural development; Practical applications of digital transformation in specific cultural domains; and Resources for executing digital transformation initiatives in the current cultural context.<\/p>\n The training program has been thoughtfully designed to be comprehensive, practical, and detail-oriented, seamlessly integrating theory with real-world application. The curriculum also includes field visits for hands-on learning.<\/p>\n Scene from the Opening Ceremony<\/em><\/p>\n This program is part of the implementation of Program 06-CTr\/TU on cultural development, improving human resource quality, and building an elegant and civilized Hanoi citizenry for the 2021\u20132025 period. It aligns with Decision No. 5673\/QD-UBND, issued on November 8, 2023, by the Hanoi People\u2019s Committee, approving the project \u201cEnhancing the Quality of Cultural Management Officials, Public Servants, and Employees in Hanoi by 2025, with an Orientation Toward 2030.\u201d Following this directive, the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports issued Plan No. 105\/KH-SVHTT on February 16, 2024, to implement the 2024 portion of the project. The plan includes organizing five training courses and developing training materials for officials, public servants, and employees in specialized departments, affiliated units, and district-level Culture and Information Offices. These courses are as follows:<\/p>\n 1) Digital Transformation Knowledge in the Cultural Sector<\/p>\n 2) Cultural Policy Knowledge in the Current Context<\/p>\n 3) Family Culture Knowledge<\/p>\n 4) Public Service Culture Knowledge<\/p>\n 5) Cultural Knowledge for International Exchange and Integration.<\/p>\n Participants from both courses pose for a commemorative photo with leaders from the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports and the National Academy of Public Administration.<\/em><\/p>\n The opening of the Course on Digital Transformation Knowledge and the Course on Family Culture Knowledge 2024 today is a tangible step toward the goal of improving the quality of Hanoi\u2019s cultural workforce. Each course spans seven consecutive days, combining classroom learning with practical fieldwork.<\/p>\n Mr. Tong Giang Phuc, Head of the Culture and Information Office of Soc Son District, delivers remarks on behalf of the participants at the opening ceremony.<\/em><\/p>\n Speaking on behalf of the participants, Mr. Tong Giang Phuc expressed his gratitude to the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports for its dedication to professional training for officials and employees in specialized departments and district-level Culture and Information Offices. He emphasized the practical significance of these courses for the participants. On behalf of all attendees, he pledged to comply strictly with the regulations set by the National Academy of Public Administration and the course management team, striving to excel in their studies and apply their knowledge to their work in local communities.<\/p>\n Upon completing the courses, participants will receive certificates.
