The results of the competition will be used to select outstanding athletes to participate in the 10<sup>th<\/sup> National Sports Games in 2026, held in Ho Chi Minh City.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-29055\" src=\"https:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/3-104.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/3-104.jpg 600w, https:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/3-104-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports Pham Xuan Tai delivered the opening speech.<\/p>\n<p>The organizing committee noted that this is the first city-level competition of its kind, and although it has not yet attracted many participants, it will serve as a foundation for developing the unicorn, dragon, and lion dance movement in the city in the future.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-29056\" src=\"https:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/4-72.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"403\" \/> <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-29057\" src=\"https:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/5-46.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"324\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Teams compete in the Nine-Section Dragon event.<\/p>\n<p>In recent years, the practice of unicorn, dragon, and lion dancing has flourished particularly in Hoang Mai District, Thanh Oai District, Ung Hoa District, and Chuong My District.
