Twenty-seven outstanding pieces received awards.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-29420\" src=\"https:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/1-176.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/1-176.jpg 600w, https:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/1-176-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong presented first prizes.<\/p>\n<p>The organizing committee presented three first prizes to three artists: Vang Hai Hung for the painting \u201cMy Mother,\u201d Pham Thuy Duong for the installation \u201cThroughout,\u201d and Bui Thi Yen Vy for the graphic work \u201cAfter the Rain.\u201d The organizing committee also awarded four second prizes, nine third prizes, eleven encouragement prizes, and two graduation project awards.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-29421\" src=\"https:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/2-156.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"534\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p>First prize winning work &#8211; \u201cMy Mother\u201d by Vang Hai Hung<\/p>\n<p>The 7<sup>th<\/sup> Festival reflects contemporary Vietnamese young artists\u2019 perspectives on modern life.
