This practical activity aims to effectively implement Resolution No. 09-NQ\/TU dated February 22, 2022, of the Hanoi Party Committee on the Development of Cultural Industries in the Capital for the 2021\u20132025 period, with orientations toward 2030 and a vision to 2045; and Plan No. 249\/KH-UBND dated August 20, 2024, of the Hanoi People\u2019s Committee on Organizing the Emulation Movement to Successfully Implement the Capital Law.<\/p>\n
During this occasion, the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports will also learn from and exchange with other provinces about their management models, particularly those demonstrating strengths in developing cultural industries in the fields of performing arts, heritage, creative spaces, and cultural tourism, to share and support the replication and development of cultural industry models in Hanoi, as directed by the City.<\/p>\n
Through on-site surveys, the delegation will develop plans for training and capacity building to enhance human resources, fulfilling the tasks assigned by the Party Committee and the People\u2019s Committee of Hanoi under the program \u201cDeveloping Cultural Industries in the Capital for the 2021\u20132025 Period, with Orientations toward 2030 and Vision to 2045\u201d (tasks for 2023\u20132025). This includes drafting a resolution on prioritizing resources for the protection and development of Hanoi\u2019s culture; investing in infrastructure for cultural management, exploitation, and effective use in alignment with cultural development and international integration goals; investing resources to develop high-performance sports; building modern sports facilities that meet regional and international standards; training athletes and coaches to reach national and international levels; and encouraging organizations and individuals to participate in developing professional and high-performance sports.<\/p>\n

Panoramic view of the working session between the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports and the Dak Lak Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism<\/em><\/p>\n On October 20, the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports delegation was received by Mr. Tran Hong Tien, Party Secretary and Director of the Dak Lak Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, along with representatives from state management offices and several local enterprises.<\/p>\n Representing the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports were Ms. Bach Lien Huong, Member of the Hanoi Party Committee, Party Secretary and Director of the Department, together with leaders of various state management divisions, representatives of affiliated public service units, and delegates from 10 wards and communes with active cultural industry models.<\/p>\n During the meeting, the Dak Lak Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism shared experiences in inter-sectoral, inter-regional, and international linkages to promote creative spaces and cultural industries in performing arts, heritage, creative spaces, cultural tourism, and sports. The department also presented the Strategy for the Development of Cultural Industries in Dak Lak Province until 2025, with a Vision toward 2030, approved by the Government.<\/p>\n Members of the Hanoi delegation also exchanged ideas with local enterprises and agencies in Dak Lak on best practices for cultural industry development. They referred to the province\u2019s guiding and directive documents such as proposals, plans, and resolutions on the planning of cultural industry networks and specific local policies. The delegation conducted field surveys at the Ko Tam Ecotourism Community Area, the World Coffee Museum, and visited several operational models contributing to cultural industry development, including the Dak Lak Museum, Ako Dhong Community Tourism Village, and Tong Ju Community Tourism Village.\u2026<\/p>\n On the occasion of Vietnamese Women\u2019s Day (October 20), leaders of the Dak Lak Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism presented flowers to congratulate the female officials of Hanoi\u2019s culture and sports sector.<\/em><\/p>\n Representatives of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports presented flowers to female officials of the Dak Lak Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.<\/em><\/p>\n From October 22 to 24, the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports delegation will continue its study and exchange program with the Lam Dong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
