{"id":7951,"date":"2017-01-11T15:51:09","date_gmt":"2017-01-11T08:51:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/?p=7951"},"modified":"2017-10-12T15:54:16","modified_gmt":"2017-10-12T08:54:16","slug":"year-administrative-disciplines-2017-implemented-long-bien-district","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/year-administrative-disciplines-2017-implemented-long-bien-district\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cYear of Administrative Disciplines &#8211; 2017\u201d implemented in Long Bien district"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>On the morning of 10 January, in Long Bien district, a sum-up conference on the adminisrative reform activities of 2016 and plan actions for the \u201cYear of administrative disciplines \u2013 2017\u201d was organized.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-7952\" src=\"https:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/1-1-600x450.jpg\" alt=\"1\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>One-stop-shop unit in Long Bien district<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em>For the past year, Long Bien district has made great efforts in leading and directing the implementation of the Municipal Party Committee\u2019s Programme No. 08-CTr\/TU and the District Party Committee\u2019s Programme No. 02-CTr\/QU on the acceleration of administrative reforms; in which much emphasis has been placed on\u00a0 standardizing cardres, civil servants and officers in accordance with every job title, and perfecting the model of e-government at the district and precint levels. As the results, the efficiency and effectiveness in the administration\u2019s operations from the district to grassroots levels have been hightened. 100% of the sections, divisions and units have fully acted on the principle of democratic centralization in executing and carrying out public missions as set workplans and programmes, together with the work of examining, judging and rating cadres, civil servants and officers for commendation on a monthly basis. The \u201cOne-stop-shop\u201d units at the district and ward levels\u00a0 have remained well in order with a high ratio of application papers be processed on time.
