On 25th<\/sup> Janu ary 2017, Chairman of Ha Noi People\u2019s Committee Nguyen Duc Chung signed Decision No. 522\/Q\u0110-UBND on the issuance of the Code of Ethics for public servants, officers and labourers working in the Agencies under Ha Noi People\u2019s Committee.<\/p>\n

The Code of Ethics is aimed at establishing a professional administrative institution and building a contingent of cadres, civil servants, officers and labourers of Ha Noi Capital \u201cdisciplined \u2013 responsible \u2013 wholehearted and friendly\u201d; furthermore, orienting cardres in handling businesses with organizations, citizens, in the family and society in accordance with the standardized norms, making contributions to preserving and bringing into full play the cultural traditional finesses of the Capital as well as the country, nurturing Ha Noi people of civilization and elegance.<\/p>\n

The scope of applying the Code of Ethics includes: Party and state bodies, socio-political organizations, armed forces and state non-productive units 9herein after called agencies\u201d directly under Ha Noi city. The targets which fall under this Code are all cadres working at the agencies of Ha Noi city.<\/p>\n

Cadres, public servants, officers and labourers should have open, humble, respectful attitudes toward communicators<\/em><\/p>\n

The Code of Ethics consists of 4 Chapters and 11 Articles, which clearly provide the common behaving principles namely working time, dress, styles, sense of disciples, use of means and properties, and behavours with citizens at the offices, residence quaters and public areas.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 No smoking ban at working offices <\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em>Ha Noi Department of Culture and Sports is authorized as the permanent implementing agency\u00a0<\/em>for the Code of Ethics. All officials working at the various agencies under Ha Noi city,\u00a0 apart from strictly abiding by the legal stipulations, rules and regulations in the office, should regularly oversee, mobilize and remind their colleagues to together observe \u00a0the provisions of the Code of Ethics.\/.<\/p>\n
