This is an activity of national stature organized on the occassion of celebrating <\/strong><strong>the 71<sup>st<\/sup> Founding Anniversary of the Physical Sports Sector and the Day on which Uncle Ho wrote an article, saying \u201cSports and Health\u201d calling on his countrymen to do exercises (27 March 1946 \u2013 27 March 2017).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-8065\" src=\"https:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/1-16-600x450.jpg\" alt=\"1\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Department of Culture and Sports holds a press briefing on <\/em><em>the\u201cOlympic Running Day for Entire People\u2019s Health\u201d and the launching the 44<sup>th<\/sup> open\u00a0 running for peace tournament of New Ha Noi Newspapers <\/em><em>2017<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Acting on the orientation of the Ministry of Culture, sports and Tourism, Ha Noi People\u2019s Committee has released Plan no.11\/KH-UBND on the organization of the \u201cOlympic Running Day for Entire People\u2019s Health\u201d and the launching the 44<sup>th<\/sup> open\u00a0 running for peace tournament of New Ha Noi Newspapers 2017. The activity is designed to step up a physical exercise movement after Great Uncle Ho\u2019 example, turning it into an annual event, helping develop a habit of regular doing physical exercises and sports for everybody\u2019s better health and gradually raising awarenesses of the role, significance and effectiveness of physical and sports practices in the course of protecting, enhancing health and life quality, human resource quality; building a wholesome way of life and cultural environment, contributing to the consolidation of national great unity among the entire people.<\/p>\n<p>The Department of Culture and Sports has been tasked as a standing agency, responsible for guiding, supervising, speeding up, examining the implementation of the Plan and directing the holding of the \u201cOlympic Running Day for Entire People\u2019s Health\u201d and the launching the 44<sup>th<\/sup> open\u00a0 running for peace tournament of New Ha Noi Newspapers 2017 on the area of Ha Noi city.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8066\" src=\"https:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/2-14.jpg\" alt=\"2\" width=\"549\" height=\"363\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This year run will be able to attract about 7000 people, including leaders, officials, trainers, athletes, performers, outstanding artists from the General Department of Physical Sports, Ha Noi city, the masses from all walks of life in Hoan Kiem district, and sportsmen of Herballife company.
