{"id":8346,"date":"2017-01-15T16:10:42","date_gmt":"2017-01-15T09:10:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/?p=8346"},"modified":"2017-10-26T16:12:29","modified_gmt":"2017-10-26T09:12:29","slug":"hoang-mai-district-party-committee-carry-2017-tasks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/hoang-mai-district-party-committee-carry-2017-tasks\/","title":{"rendered":"Hoang Mai District Party Committee to carry out its 2017 tasks"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On the 6<sup>th<\/sup> January, the Executive Party Committee of Hoang Mai district held a conference to evaluate the outcomes achieved in 2016 and to implement 2017 tasks.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Nguyen Quang Hieu, Deputy Secretary of Hoang Mai district\u2019s Party Committee told, in 2016 the district Standing Party Committee had led all-level Sub Party Committees to well accomplish their political missions. The economic growth rate had been steadily maintained, with an estimated total value of 26,813 billions VND, \u00a0increasing 13.47% against that of 2015; 3,480 billions VND in budget revenue, accounting for 127% of the estimated plan allocated by the City, of which there included several sources of high incomes such as land use fee of \u00a0115%; personal income tax of 18,2%, land lease fee increasing 9.8%; the total budget expenditure registering 1.276 billions VND, which accounted for 95% budget estimate.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8347\" src=\"https:\/\/sovhtt.hanoi.gov.vn\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/1-55.jpg\" alt=\"1\" width=\"580\" height=\"348\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Regarding the work of Party building, the establishment of a political network from the district down to the grassroots was given a special concern. During the year, the district of Hoang Mai had rotated, seconded, appointed and re-appointed 126 cadres of all levels from district to ward; conferred Party badges on 1,058 eligible Party members; organized 61 occupational training courses for 10,697 members and 3 classes for 414 selected Party sympathizers ,\u2026 In 2016, in ranking the Party grassroots organizations, 27 out of 54 (accounting for 50%) achieved the title of \u201cClean and firm\u201d, among which 6 out of 27 were awarded the title of \u201cOutstandingly clean and firm\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAfter the scheme of job titles had been approved by the Ha Noi People\u2019s Committee, the district would go ahead with reviewing, lining up and arranging cadres to fit in their occupational titles; handling the sort of incompetent cadres subject to the new regulations and in conformity with the allocated number of personnel\u201d Chairman of Hoang Mai district asserted.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Duc Vinh, district Party Committee Secretary requested all the Party Committee levels to proactively and unitedly overcome difficulties, continue to renew ways of thinking, working methodologies and manner. Along with that, it is required to renovate the content and way of leadership, improve the quality and effectiveness in educating politics and ideology among the entire Party Committee, especially in the realization of the Resolution of the Party Central Committee (XII session) on \u201cstrengthening to build and revamp the Party; prevent and drive back the downgrade of ideology, ethics, lifestyle, phenomenon of self-evolution and self-conversion internally\u201d, in asociation with implentation of the Polit Bureau\u2019s Directive No.05 on \u201cpushing up learning and following Ho Chi Minh\u2019s ideology, morals and style\u201d, creating the radical change in thinking and actions, aimed at successfully fulfilling the tasks set forth in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>According Hoang Mai district\u2019 orientations put forth for 2017, it will carry out synchronically and effectively the 6 workplans of the Party Committee\u2019s whole term, targeting at building the Party Committee clean and strong; achievinng sustainable and fast socio-economic development; guaranteeing security, politics and social order, and effectively implementing the \u201cYear of administrative disciplines of 2017\u201d. In order to obtain the above objectives, the Standing Party Committee of the district has formulated the 6 key tasks for socio-economic development and 4 others in Party building work. Of which, economically the district will continue its focus on removing enterprises\u2019s difficulties so as to help boost business and production in effective way, striving to overfulfil the economic growth targets and budget receipts as in the Resolution set forth by the district People\u2019s Council.
