<\/p>\nWith a view to building a professionalized administrative institution and a contingent of cadres, civil servants, officials and labourers in the Capital with the criteria \u201cdisciplined, responsible, wholehearted and friendly\u201d, on 25 January 2017, Ha Noi People\u2019s Committee released Decision No. 522\/QD-UBND on the adoption of the code of Conduct imposed on the cadres, civil servants, officials and labourers working at the bodies under Ha Noi city.<\/p>\n

It helps guide the cadres to follow the norms in doing business with organizations and citizens, settling affairs among families and society. It contributes to preserve and enhance the good cultural tradition of the Capital and country, build the Hanoians elegant, civilized.
