In the morning of June 26, at Hoai Duc Center for Culture, Information, and Sports, Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports organized a training course for officials of sports and physical training in communes, wards, and towns of Hoai Duc, Dan Phuong, Nam Tu Liem, and Bac Tu Liem districts.<\/p>\n

Mr.<\/em> L<\/em>e<\/em> Anh Th<\/em>o<\/em> \u2013 <\/em>Former Director of the Department of Public Sports and Physical Training<\/em><\/p>\n (<\/em>Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism<\/em>)<\/em> gave lectures at the training course<\/em><\/p>\n In four days, participants were introduced by Mr. Le Anh Tho, former director of the department of public sports and physical training, former deputy party and youth union secretary of the ministry of culture, sports, and tourism, to the Party\u2019s and State\u2019s views and policies on sports and physical training; the Resolution No. 08 of the Central Executive Committee on strengthening the leadership of the Party and creating a strong development of sports and physical training to 2020; the dissemination of the Law on Sports and Physical Training; the capital city\u2019s plan on sports and physical training for the period 2020 – 2030; the capital city\u2019s development plan of public sports and physical training activities to 2020; the regulations on management of sports and physical training in localities; the responsibilities and duties of sports and physical training collaborators in communes, wards, and towns; the sport and physical training development scheme for communes, wards, and towns to 2020; the techniques and methods of organizing competitions, and the rules in volleyball, badminton, and athletics refereeing.<\/p>\n People are increasingly active in sports<\/em><\/p>\n The purpose of the training course is to provide local officials of sports and physical training with a firm grasp of the Party\u2019s and State\u2019s policies on sports and physical training, regulations on management of local clubs, responsibilities and duties of sports and physical training collaborators in communes, wards, towns, and methods of organizing some sports.
