Since its establishment, the troupe has developed its monthly, quarterly, and annual plans to further expand its activities and attract the participation of more members. The establishment of the folk arts troupe is aimed at creating an environment where traditional art enthusiasts could learn from each other and improve their skills in the field of public art. The folk arts troupe is expected to contribute to the development of the cultural and artistic movement in Phuc Tho District in particular and Hanoi City in general.
