The contest is aimed at finding, commending and multiplying the examples of good people and good things done among cadres, civil servants, civil officers of Ha Noi in observance of the administrative disciplines.
Acting on the Directive No. 01/CT-UBND dated 03 February, 2017 of Ha Noi People’s Committee on adhering to “the Year of Administrative Disciplines”, the Council for Coordination of Legal Public Education of Ha Noi has just released the Plan for organization of the writing contest on good people, good things done in abiding by administrative disciplines among cadres, civil servants, civil officers of Ha Noi, on its propaganda site in 2017.
The contest will be implemented on a large scale targeted to all the cadres, cilvil servant, civil officers, press and media journalists and folks living within the area of Ha Noi city, so as to find, commend and multiply the examples of good people and good things done among cadres, civil servants, civil officers of Ha Noi in observance of the administrative disciplines, regulations and in-office behaving cultures; step by step, raising awarenesses, responsibilities, service attitudes among the cadres, civil servants and cilvil officers of Ha Noi, thus bringing positive and radical change of efficiencies in the course of management, operation and handling of public businesses, improving qualitiy in services of people.
The writing contest’s contents focus on good people, good things done in the adherance of orders, administrative disciplines, implementation of tasks and public businesses, administrative procedures facilitation, public relations; behaving rules by cadres, civil servants, civil officers at office, within community and residential place.
People and things wrote about must be in reality, no invention; with educational, propagandizational and socially viral effectivenesses.
The prize structure includes: 01 first prize, 03 second prizes, third prizes and 10 condolence prizes.
The participating works are requested to submit to the following email address: cuocthikycuonghanhchinh2017@gmail.com. Start timing for receiving, processing and classifying submitted writings will be from 2 May, 2017 till the end of 31 August, 2017.
Timing for summing-up and prize-awarding will be scheduled in early October 2017.
