In adherence to the City People’s Committee plan to organize activities celebrating the 15-year implementation of Resolution No. 15/2008/NQ-QH12 of the 12th National Assembly on the expansion of Hanoi’s administrative boundaries (August 1, 2008 – August 1, 2023), various artistic units in Hanoi are set to host performances across districts and towns within the city in July 2023.

The Hanoi Cai Luong Theater plans to conduct three performances at the Ba Vi District Center (July 20), the Thach That District Center (July 22), and the Son Tay Town Center (July 29).
The Hanoi Drama Theater will perform at the Ung Hoa District Center (July 22), the My Duc District Center (July 29), and the Chuong My District Center (July 30).
Collaborating with the Youth Union of the Department of Culture and Sports, the Hanoi Circus and Variety Arts Theater is expected to organize a communication performance on the results of the 15-year implementation of Resolution No. 15/2008/NQ-QH12 of the 12th National Assembly on the expansion of Hanoi’s administrative boundaries at the Phu Xuyen District Center on the evening of July 22, 2023. Additionally, the theater will have two more performances at the Thanh Oai District Center (July 28) and the Me Linh District Center (July 30).

The Thang Long Music and Dance Theater plans performances at the Quoc Oai District Center (July 22), the Dan Phuong District Center (July 28), and the Phuc Tho District Center (July 30).
The Thang Long Water Puppetry Theatre is set to perform at the Hoai Duc District Center (July 23), the Thuong Tin District Center (July 28), and the Ha Dong District Center (July 30).
The Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports has assigned the Hanoi Cheo Theater to develop an artistic program for the conference evaluating the 15-year results of the administrative boundary expansion of Hanoi, scheduled to take place on the morning of August 1, 2023.
