It is required to proactively build learning content and follow Ho Chi Minh’s specific and practical ideas, ethics and styles associated with performing political tasks at the agency, considering this as an important solution to the effective implementation of the Resolution of the 4th Conference of the 12th Party Central Committee; organize annual learning and thematic performance.
