Accordingly, implementing Official Dispatch No. 19/CD-UBND dated August 21, 2021, by the City People’s Committee on strengthening measures to strictly implement social distancing to prevent the COVID-19 pandemic, the Department of Culture and Sports suggested that the heads of departments and units under the Department continue to further strengthen measures to prevent and control the COVID-19 pandemic at their units, direct, administer, and strictly and fully implement directive documents by the Government, City People’s Committee, Steering Committee for pandemic prevention and control of the Department; strictly implement pandemic prevention and control measures according to Directive No. 17/CT-UBND dated July 23, 2021, Official Dispatch No. 18, No. 19 of the Chairman by the City People’s Committee to ensure the substance, efficiency, and strict compliance with the regulations by the City, strictly implement the 5K message by the Ministry of Health.
The organization on duty at the Headquarters is always strictly carried out and ensured timely implementation of the Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control.
The Department Office and the heads of the non-business units are responsible for the management of travel documents for their officials, public employees and employees to ensure compliance with regulations; be responsible before the law and the City, the Department’s Board of Directors when the unit occurs that the licensee uses the Certificate for wrong purposes, to spread disease in the community. It is recommended that the departments and units under the Department take the initiative in fully furnishing facilities and forces to implement measures to prevent and control the pandemic; request cadres, civil servants and employees to strictly comply not to go out when there is no need, to comply with the medical declaration by QR Code and measures to prevent and control the pandemic when working at the office, making daily medical declarations via electronic medical declaration tokhaiyte.vn.
The Heads of departments and heads of non-business units actively capture and monitor information on disease developments in the city, especially EMERGENCY NOTIFICATIONS by the Department of Health and the Ha Noi Center for Disease Control. The Steering Committees for pandemic prevention and control of districts, towns about the addresses that appear F0, promptly inform cadres, civil servants and employees, if relevant, they must strictly implement measures pandemic prevention measures according to regulations and report to the Steering Committee for pandemic prevention and control of the Department.
