The contest seeks works with good concepts that are original, significant, and highly inspiring, with the goal of enhancing and diversifying public-place promotion and execution of the Code of Conduct. From then, it helps raise awareness, bring about a significant change in the execution of urban civilized lifestyles, and build the image of elegant and civilized Hanoians.

The contest seeks works with good concepts that are original, significant, and highly inspiring, with the goal of enhancing and diversifying public-place promotion and execution of the Code of Conduct.

Mr. Bui Minh Hoang, Head of the Department of Building Culture and Family Life (Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports), shared at the launching ceremony: “The contest will contribute to spreading propaganda and raising awareness, creating a strong change in the attitudes and behavior of people of all classes in building and implementing cultural – civilized urban lifestyles, effectively implementing the Code of Conduct in public places, and contributing to the development of cultural – civilized urban lifestyles.”

Mr. Bui Minh Hoang, Head of the Department of Building Culture and Family Life (Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports), shared at the launching ceremony.

The contest is specifically open to Vietnamese citizens and overseas Vietnamese who are 18 years old or older; are professional and non-specialist painters, units, corporations, and organizations with creativity and deisgn demands and capacity.

The competition entries focus on reflecting the contents related to the Code of Conduct in Public Places, highlighting the good cultural values of the country, the capital of thousand years of civilization, the capital of heroes, and the City for peace, Creative city; the role and meaning of building elegant and civilized Hanoians for the cause of Hanoi and the country’s construction and development.

The contest received the attention of many students.

Entries can be hand-drawn or printed using technical and technological measures of 54cm x 79cm. From October 20 to November 20, 2022, entries should be sent to the Department of Department of Building Culture and Family Life, Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports – 47 Hang Dau, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi; or by email: pxdnsvhgd_ sovhtt@hanoi.gov.vn. The awarding ceremony and exhibition of outstanding works are scheduled for December 2022.
