The Congress elected the Executive Board of Vovinam – Viet Vo Dao 3rd term (2018-2023) with Mr. Pham Quang Long as Chairman of the Federation with 3 Vice Presidents including Mr. Phan Ngoc Lan, Nguyen Chung Thuy and Truong Quy Hai and 27 Executive Board members.
