The Official Telegraph stated that it is required to implement Decision No. 173/QD-TTg dated February 1 of the Prime Minister on the announcement of acute respiratory infections caused by new strains of coronavirus; Official Telegraph No. 156/CD-TTg dated February 2 of the Prime Minister on strengthening prevention and control of acute respiratory infections caused by new strains of coronavirus. Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism request the People’s Committees of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government will direct the following contents:
To stop all festivals, including those opened in the provinces where the outbreak has been announced.
To temporarily stop all activities at historical-cultural relics and places of interests (except for assigned tasks) to avoid crowds and promptly notify people and tourists thereof.
To strengthen the inspection, examination, rectification and handling of violations (if any) of the observance of the Prime Minister’s Directive and Official Telegraph; Documents and Official Telegraph of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on strengthening prevention and control of acute respiratory infections caused by new strains of coronavirus in festive activities, historical-cultural relics and scenic spots.
