Practically celebrating the 74th anniversary of Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27, 1947-July 27, 2021), from July 17, 2021, Hanoi will organize decoration, propaganda and visual advocacy activities to propagate widely to the masses of the people about the revolutionary tradition and patriotism and raise the sense of responsibility of all levels, branches and people of the Capital in the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland Front, especially paying special attention to invalids, sick soldiers, relatives of martyrs and people with meritorious services to the revolution.

In the city center and the gateway to the capital, Hanoi will deploy the decoration of fixed, 2-sided and 3-sided panels; decorate panels at offices of agencies of City Party Committee, People’s Council, City People’s Committee and related offices, decorate the system of banners along the main roads and downtown area, decorate the national flag, party flag and red flag at the column system in front of the monument area of Ly Thai To, the City People’s Committee and the State Bank.
