These days, Hanoi capital is looking forward to the historic October days. To remember the time to welcome the victorious army back, Hanoi city organizes decoration, propaganda and visual promotion activities at many central streets of the city, with a solemn, practical and effective spirit, towards the day the capital was completely liberated.

To revive the atmosphere of the Capital Liberation Day, Hanoi city has mobilized the People to fly the Fatherland flag on the occasion of the 67th anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day.

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, in order to reduce a part of the State budget, Hanoi city has mobilized agencies, organizations and businesses to carry out propaganda to celebrate the 67th anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day on the LED screen system in high-rise buildings, Commercial Centers, large billboards, etc.

Visual propaganda activities to celebrate the 67th anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day were interwoven with propaganda to celebrate the 110th birthday of Officer Le Duc Tho, and propaganda to serve the Conference praising good people and good deeds and honored “Excellent Citizens of the Capital” in 2021.
