The contest has bene widely deployed to officials, party members and people in order to promote their sense of responsibility, political determination, self-discipline, exemplary study of the Resolution No. 15-NQ/TU, especially about position, role and policies and orientations of the Politburo for Hanoi capital.

Simultaneously, propaganda and widespread dissemination has been also promoted among officials, party members and people of all classes, creating consensus, trust and determination to successfully implement Resolution No. 15-NQ/TU of the 13th Politburo in construction and development of “Historical – Civilized and Modern” Hanoi capital.

Make Hanoi capital “Historical – Civilized and Modern”

The contest is aimed to create a high unity in awareness of the position, special important role and requirements and tasks for development of the Capital until 2030, with a vision to 2045; creating a breakthrough in mobilizing synergy, effectively exploiting the potential and advantages of our Capital.

Develop Hanoi economy fast and sustainably

Subjects of contest are officials, party members and people of all classes of Hanoi. The contest is organized in 2 rounds, in which, the preliminary round is an online multiple-choice test that takes place in 4 weeks on www.tuyengiothudo.vn. To take the test, the participants will access this website to register for an account.

After each test week, the Organizing Committee will select 3 respondents with the highest scores and fastest response time to receive weekly prizes; score and select 4 respondents with the best answers to open questions to participate in the city-level final round.

The final round takes place in the form of a “theatrical” contest with 3 rounds (multiple choice, presentation, Q&A). Specifically, 16 candidates in the final round (including 12 candidates with high achievements in the preliminary round, 4 candidates with excellent essays) will draw to be divided into 4 teams, each team has 4 members.

The final round has 3 competitions taking place on stage, consisting multiple choice, presentation, Q&A.

The contest will officially be launched on August 1. The preliminary round takes place in 4 weeks, from August 1 to August 28. The final round is scheduled on September 15, 2022.
