The overall goal of the plan is to nurture morality and lifestyle to create a big change in awareness and utilize family, school, society and each citizen in building a healthy cultural environment, value orientation, young generation education; to contribute to the improvement of personality, to the formation of elegant and civilized Hanoians and comprehensive development from the family; to arouse the desire to contribute to the construction and development of the country.
Regarding specific goals, the city strives to reach 70% of households by 2025 and 90% by 2030 to register to implement the Code of Conduct in the Family; by 2025, 80% and by 2030 100% of households will be provided with information on moral education and lifestyle in family; striving to reach 80% by 2025 and by 2030 get to 95% of workers in industrial parks and export processing zones are given chances to participate in thematic activities on moral education and family lifestyle; to strive annually that 100% of students of educational institutions can participate in activities on moral education, family lifestyle, 100% of officers and soldiers in the armed forces and cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in state agencies, enterprises and socio-political organizations are allowed to participate in thematic activities. about moral education, lifestyle in the family…
Nurturing family happiness
With the above goal, Hanoi had proposed 7 groups of specific tasks and solutions. They are, continuing to innovate communication work to raise awareness of the family, community and society about the importance of moral education and lifestyle in the family; to enforce the state management of the family; to exert effectively the local cultural institutions in order to improve the spiritual life of family members; to utilize family, school and society in moral and lifestyle education; to promote the application of information technology and digital transformation in education of ideals, morality and lifestyle in the family; to strengthen inspection, supervision, and timely praise and reward organizations and individuals that have made active and effective contributions to moral education and family lifestyle; to effectively mobilize and use resources for family – related work.
The Hanoi People’s Committee assigned the Department of Culture and Sports to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with other departments, agencies, socio-political organizations, People’s Committees of districts, towns in organizing the effective implementation of the plan in the city area; to guide, inspect and summarize the implementation progress; and to periodically summarize and report results according to regulations.
The City People’s Committee also assigns specific tasks to the Departments: Education and Training; Labor – Invalids and Social Affairs, Information and Communication; Justice, Finance, the City’s press agencies, the People’s Committees of districts, towns and related departments, agencies and sectors to implement the plan in accordance with their functions and tasks.
