The project of building a flower garden at planning plot C.9/CX2, Viet Hung ward, Long Bien district was approved in Decision No. 1241/QD-UBND dated March 30, 2021, by the People’s Committee of Long Bien district with the goal of building flower gardens in accordance with the plan to develop the system of parks, trees and lakes according to the master plan. Kim Quan flower garden was built in a total area of about 9,552 m2, containng the following items: the Central playground, stage, outdoor gymnastics field, children’s playground, badminton court, public toilets, flower trellis, chairs, etc. This is a synchronous technical infrastructure system (with power supply, water supply, lighting, drainage, walkways, road yards, landscape trees, and other systems…). The construction work, after completion, will create a landscape environment and will become an entertainment place to meet the needs of Viet Hung ward’s people.

Kim Quan pagoda project was approved by the People’s Committee of Long Bien district in Decision No. 1239/QD-UBND dated March 30, 2021 with the following scale: Plan the entire campus, increase the level of the temple area equivalent to the surrounding infrastructure, restore and embellish the Tam Bao, embellishing the ancestral house behind the Tam Bao, the Mother house, the guest house, the Tam Quan with traditional architectural forms; Repair the Master’s Tower and honoring the foundation of the tower area; Renovate auxiliary items, chamber for joss paper burning, side gate and toilets. Technical infrastructure: Fences, water supply and drainage, trees, road yards, lighting, fire protection, termites…

Vice Chairman of Long Bien District People’s Committee Nguyen Manh Trinh said at the inauguration ceremony that: The investment in construction of cultural works with new features and traditional culture in Viet Hung ward is very important in the implementation of the district’s full-time work programs, especially the Program No.02- CTr/QU of Long Bien District Party Committee on “Improving the quality of people’s lives in Long Bien District, key tasks and solutions for the period 2020 – 2025” and Program No.03-CTr/QU of Long Bien District Party Committee Bien on “Investment and completion of the urban infrastructure system, focusing on solving the problem of drainage, contribution to the landscape and environment in the area of Long Bien District”. In order to utilize the construction works, it is recommended that officers and people of Viet Hung ward implement well in propagation and mobilization of people to participate in protecting and preserving the works. Therefore, they can promote their functions well, contributing to increasing the beauty of the urban landscape, diverse cultural and spiritual life of the people in the area.
