During the last term, it can be said that the Drama Theater Union has made remarkable progress in taking care of the lives of staff and employees, mobilizing 100% of staff and employees to register to study and follow the Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style as well as regularly improve professional knowledge. The trade union also actively mobilizes staff and employees to participate in emulation movements, campaigns on major holidays organized by the Department’s trade union. The results achieved are contributing to improving professional quality as well as improving both mentally and physically of staff and employees. Over the years, the Theater and Drama trade union has also actively participated in fostering and introducing to the Party elite masses for the Party to consider and admit, as well as always innovating to improve the quality of trade union activities. With the direction of the Party cell, the attention of the Board of Directors, has created conditions for the Trade Union of the Drama Theater to do a good job of taking care of life and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of staff and employees in the Theater.

Determining to take care of the legitimate and legitimate rights and interests of employees and employees is an important task of the Hanoi Drama Theater Trade Union. To take care of the life as well as the legitimate rights and interests of officers and employees is none other than the trade union. Determining that a trade union officer must really be a comrade, a colleague, a close friend who understands the situation and thoughts of his comrades, pays attention to the feelings of trade union members, timely visits when the members are sick, filial piety and always interested in encouraging staff and employees. Timely giving gifts and supporting them when they have difficulties and tribulations, especially during the recent Covid epidemic or holidays, Tet, etc. It has brought meaningful effects and really created joy and closeness internally to perform well together.
Under the close direction of the Department’s Trade Union Executive Committee, the Trade Union Executive Committee of Hanoi Drama Theater has strictly assigned positions and professional jobs, ensuring the right people for the right and reasonable jobs. As an art unit, most of the trade union members are regular performers with low income so their material life is still difficult. In addition to the scheduled performance rehearsals of the Theatre, to ensure and improve living standards, artists and actors have to do other jobs. Therefore, the Executive Board of the trade union advises the Board of Directors to create conditions so that staff and employees can increase their income while still successfully completing the tasks assigned by the Theater. It will make the union members feel secure and work well.
Through the above-mentioned issues, it has really brought joy, excitement, and cohesion between officers and employees in a warm and humane atmosphere of camaraderie. Since then, the solidarity in the Theater has been more sustainable, professional work is more effective, and the quality of Party members in the Party cell has also been higher and higher.
Life is taken care of, the theater actors are assured of their duty
In order for the trade union work in the term 2023-2028 to achieve better results, the Hanoi Drama Theater Union would like to propose the Executive Committee of the Trade Union Department of Culture and Sports for the term 2023-2028 to pay attention and create conditions to improve the quality of life of staff and employees as well as of artists and actors working at art units under the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports through consulting the Board of Directors on preferential treatment regimes for staff and employees who are artists and actors so that artists and actors can focus on doing professional work and devote themselves for the cultural preservation and development activities of the Capital; Create favorable conditions for grassroots trade unions to exchange, meet, learn, share experiences,… and further promote the spirit of Innovation – Democracy – Solidarity – Development to build trade union of the Department of Culture and Sports stronger and stronger.
