On the afternoon of December 8, the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports organized the final round of the photo contest on the code of conduct of officials, civil servants, and employees in Hanoi for the year 2023.
Launched in August 2023, by October 30, 2023, the organizing committee received 5,002 entries from 1,991 participants, including contributors from provinces outside Hanoi. Following two judging rounds (November 22-29 and December 1-4), the Jury and Organizing Committee selected 100 outstanding entries for the exhibition. On the afternoon of December 8, the Jury directly conducted the third round at the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports and unanimously decided on the awards. Specifically, for single photo submissions, there will be 01 First Prize, 02 Second Prizes, 04 Third Prizes, and 10 Consolation Prizes. For photo series submissions, there will be 01 First Prize, 02 Second Prizes, 03 Third Prizes, and 10 Consolation Prizes, along with 03 special awards.
The Jury worked rigorously to choose the best works for awards and exhibitions.
Under the theme “The Beauty of Cultural Etiquette of Officials, Civil Servants, Employees in the Agencies of Hanoi for 2023,” this photo contest, aligned with the Code of Conduct 2023, aims to widely disseminate, enhance awareness, and bring about a significant transformation in the attitude and behavior of officials, civil servants, and employees, fostering discipline and administrative principles. This initiative contributes to a robust shift in the working style and cultural lifestyle within the framework of building and implementing urban cultural living standards, effectively enforcing the City’s code of conduct, and preserving Hanoi’s fine cultural traditions.
The award ceremony and photo exhibition on the code of conduct of officials, civil servants, and employees in Hanoi agencies 2023 will be organized by the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports in December 2023 to propagate and spread the beauty of cultural etiquette, further advancing the implementation of the code of conduct issued by the City.
