The district has defined specific goals, criteria, and tasks to achieve positive results, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, enhancing urban management, and sustainable, cultured, modern urban development. To date, 2/5 of the flower gardens around Truc Bach Lake have been renovated; 6 new flower gardens have been built in Vinh Phuc and Kim Ma wards; preparations are underway to renovate other flower gardens, including Phan Dinh Phung, Hoang Dieu, Van Xuan, InniraGandy Park, and the construction of many new flower gardens following the planning of Zone H1-2.

The construction of the Le Truc Flower Garden, initiated on May 10, 2023, was invested in by the district. It includes playgrounds, an outdoor stage, paved sidewalks, stone walkways, tree pots serving as seats, greenery additions for shade, and public sanitation facilities. The project boasts a harmonious, modern architectural design, with an automated lighting system. Construction quality has been supervised by the community, undergone inspections by authorized agencies, and ensured technical standards for effective utilization. The formation of Le Truc Flower Garden will contribute to creating an urban landscape that is “bright, green, clean, and beautiful” in the Dien Bien Ward of Ba Dinh District, serving the local population.

Following the plaque inauguration ceremony, the Ba Dinh District Center for Culture, Information, and Sports will collaborate with Architect Duong Nguyen Huy to organize an outdoor sculpture exhibition. This aims to bring vitality to public spaces, attract residents to outdoor art activities, and allow them to enjoy cultural and artistic values.
