In order for the building of a cultural family to be successful, Ba Vi district has paid attention to carry out propaganda and advocacy work so that all people and families in the area understand the purpose, meaning as well as standards, contents of building Cultural Family. Through many forms: seminars, activities of branches and unions, propaganda through the radio system, visual promotion, etc. thereby helping people in the locality understand the building of a Cultural Family, not only benefit their own family but also actively contribute to the development of the locality. To build a Cultural Family, it is necessary to well implement the guidelines and regulations by the Party, policies and laws of the State, and local regulations; actively, strive to achieve high results in study and work.

The building of a Cultural Family has received the participation of the whole political system, with many movements and campaigns being widely deployed, attracting the positive response of officials and members with the movements such as “A prosperous, equal, progressive and happy family”, “ 5’s no, 3’s clean” (of the Women’s Union), “The happy farmer’s family” (of the Farmers’ Union), “Exemplary member families” (Veterans’ Association), etc. The unions all associate the criteria of the Association and their branch with building a happy, peaceful, equal and caring family and share.
Recognizing the importance of building a Cultural Family, families in the district have raised their awareness and responsibility in taking care of their children, not only creating the best conditions for their children to study, many families have paid attention to teaching and reminding their children to practice morality, life skills, preserving and promoting the beauty of family culture. It is filial piety to parents and grandparents, studying hard, practicing, staying away from social evils, always caring and helping family members as well as those around them, thereby, contributing to fostering family happiness while preserving the traditional cultural beauty of Vietnamese families.

Currently, the rate of Cultural Families in the district is over 88%. Many families have created a spillover, honored and cherished by the community for their warmth, harmony, happiness, harmony, and helping neighbors. To recognize and replicate typical Cultural Families, the district has maintained praising, rewarding and honoring advanced exemplary examples on the occasion of the Great National Unity Day in residential areas, celebrating Vietnamese Family Day, Typical Cultural Family Festival… Thereby, creating a spillover in the community, and at the same time creating more opportunities for families to exchange, learn and share experiences in building and maintaining family happiness.
