In order to implement the dual goal of “Economic development and epidemic prevention at the same time”, many tourist resorts in Ba Vi district have launched special stimulus packages and promotions to attract tourists for sightseeing and relaxation. Typically, Tan Da Spa Resort has reduced ticket price by 40% for customers to resort on weekdays at the resort, the time is extended until the end of 2020; Khoang Xanh tourist area has a 100% discount policy for children in June 2020 – on the occasion of International Children’s Day, in addition to groups of tourists visiting and resorting here will also be reduced from 10-20% of the service price.
Mr. Do Manh Hung – Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Ba Vi district said: the epidemic is currently under good control, but if the people are subjective, neglect in management and service, it will be dangerous because there are still potential risks of the epidemic in the community. Before re-welcoming visitors, the People’s Committee of Ba Vi district issued Document No. 751/UBND- VHTT dated April 29, 2020, on continuing to take measures to prevent and control Covid-19 in the new situation for business and stay service providers in the district. One of the regulations on ensuring the safety of welcoming guests is required by Ba Vi district, which requires all units to make sure they take measures to grasp health information and status of medical declaration according to the regulations of previous visitor groups, during and after joining a travel program; regularly clean and disinfect the service business in accordance with regulations of the Ministry of Health; establish a hotline, arrange staff on duty as a contact point to support tourists.”
