The contest is open to young women aged from 18 to 27, born in Ninh Binh province who are studying and working in Ninh Binh province and other provinces in the country as well as young women from provinces and cities around the country who are studying, working in Ninh Binh province and meet the conditions prescribed by the Contest Organizing Committee.

The contestants will go through 3 rounds of competition including preliminary, semi-final and final. The contest will give away titles and prizes: Miss Hoa Lu, runner-up of Miss Hoa Lu beauty, third place and other titles and prizes such as Miss Talent, Best Face, Best Answer, Miss Ao dai, Best Dress, Best Swimsuit, Miss Congeniality, Miss Photogenic…The official titles of the contest will be nominated to participate in Miss Vietnam Contest.
Application deadline is July 21, 2022. The preliminary round will take place on July 23, 2022. The semi-final round is expected to take place on August 5 or August 6. The final round is scheduled to take place between August 19 and August 26.
