According to the plan, the celebration of 130th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s birth shall be held by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the National Assembly, the President, the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Central Committee of Vietnamese Fatherland Front and Hanoi city.

From 7:30 a.m. on May 18, 2020, the Central Delegation visited the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the Monument to War Heroes and Martyrs (Bac Son Street, Ba Dinh District).
The celebration of the 130th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s birth will take place from 9:00 a.m. on May 18, 2020 (Monday) at the National Convention Center (No. 1, Thang Long Avenue, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi).
The City People’s Committee assigned the Department of Culture and Sports to act as the standing body to assume the prime responsibility, in collaboration with the Office of the City People’s Committee, for advising and submitting to the City People’s Committee for the promulgation of the celebration plan, and urging agencies to report and summarize reports on the progress of the celebration plan.
