Accordingly, at the place where the Anniversary takes place, the Department will organize the celebration decoration; organize photo exhibitions; decorate the area around the place where the Anniversary takes place and the Incense-Offering area under the direction of the Central Government.
In the inner city, downtown area and main roads, the Department will promote visual propaganda, including Decorating fixed panel clusters; 2-sided and 3-sided panel clusters at medians and roads in the city center; Decorate panels at the headquarters of the offices: City Party Committee, People’s Council, City People’s Committee and related offices. Maintain decorative lighting for 4 lighting model clusters at traffic points in front of the Opera House, Square in front of the State Bank of Vietnam, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Vietnam-Soviet Cultural Friendship Palace. Decorate banners along major roads and downtown areas. Decorate the National Flag, Party Flag and Red Flag in the column system in front of Ly Thai To monument area, City People’s Committee and State Bank of Vietnam. Decorate the flag rack on the main roads, main streets, downtown area, the area around the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Hoan Kiem Lake, the City People’s Committee and the surrounding area where the Anniversary takes place. Mobilize the system of signs, billboards, and LED screens to carry out propaganda for the 130th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s birthday.
Along with that, the Department will coordinate with the Ho Chi Minh Museum to organize a photo exhibition to propagate the anniversary at the City Exhibition Hall. Organize mobile propaganda in Nghe An province and Hanoi city under the guidance of the Central and the City. Post a Cultural Bulletin to celebrate the 130th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s birthday, etc.
At the grassroots level, the People’s Committees of districts and towns, based on the City’s Plan, direct the Department of Culture and Information, the Center for Information and Communication of the districts, towns, to develop specific plans and implementation plans, ensuring that synchronous, on schedule. Advocate people to fly the national flag to ensure solemnity and safety (according to Hanoi People’s Committee announcement); Organize the visual promotion of propaganda according to the content and samples of propaganda pictures approved by all levels, which concentrate in the central areas of the locality, main roads, headquarters offices, agencies, businesses, schools, public cultural sites, and places where many people pass by. The grassroots radio station enhances the news, radio propaganda time before, during and after the anniversary, contributing to creating a jubilant atmosphere on the anniversary, expressing the deep respect and gratitude of national people and international friends towards President Ho Chi Minh.
Visual communication and propaganda activities will take place from May 12 to May 21, 2020.
