Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports requested the heads of departments, divisions and units under its management to enhance promotion and propaganda for the Contest; request 00% of officials, civil servants, public employees and employees to vote for the Contest video clips by accessing the Contest website at https://timhieuhapluatmoitruongmang.hanoi.gov.vn) ; or visiting the Hanoi city’s website for legal information dissemination website (https://pbgdpl.hanoi.gov.vn), Economic and Urban Newspaper (https://tinhtedothi.vn) and go to the contest link https://timhieuphapluatmoitruongmang.hanoi.gov.vn.
Voting participants log in via their Gmail, Facebook accounts or use the account registered on the contest website. According to the regulations, each account can vote once for each video clip and have the right to vote for many video clips.
The Contest Organizing Committee will post and open voting for the video clips of the Final round on the Contest website until the end of October 1, 2022.
This is a contest launched by the Hanoi People’s Committee to disseminate the provisions of the law in the online environment to help officials, civil servants, public employees, armed forces, workers, students and People in the city improve their understanding of the law in the online environment and the sense of law observance in the online environment.
In addition, the contest aims to promote the application of information technology in law dissemination and education and to respond to Vietnam’s Law Day 9/11 in Hanoi city and summarize implementation of law dissemination and education during last ten years.
