Hai Ba Trung district has implemented visual decoration and promotion activities in many central areas, main streets, offices, agencies, factories, schools, military force units, culture-sports-tourism sites in forms such as banners, flag banners, panels, etc. with the content and art maquette approved by the city authority, beautifying the urban landscape and creating a vibrant festival atmosphere. Besides, the district has also compiled and provided propaganda materials to celebrate the 130th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s birth to people in residential areas and residential groups.
Regarding culture, art, physical training, sports and traditional educational activities (depending on the actual situation), the district has organized cultural, artistic, and physical training and sports programs in an appropriate manner to praise the capital, the country, the glorious Party, and our beloved Uncle Ho, to promote patriotic emulation movements, to respond to the movement “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle”, and to build the image of elegant and civilized Hanoians.
The district has also established propaganda stations and a propaganda fleet to celebrate the 130th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s birth; organized exchanges, seminars, meetings, talks with historical witnesses, traditional talks, current event talks, and art performance shows, commending and rewarding typical collectives and individuals in the movement of studying and following Uncle Ho’s ideology, morality, lifestyle; promoted patriotic emulation movements, participated in the contest of composing and introducing literary, artistic, and press works on the topic “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle”.
