Propaganda is carried out in vivid visual forms such as using panels, posters, banners, slogans, leaflets; or through training conferences, contests, tournaments, workshops, and seminars held every month in each residential group, hamlet, and village; or on radio broadcasting system of communes and wards and via news and articles on the web portal.
