At the city level, the Department of Culture and Sports, in collaboration with the Capital Command, deployed banners hanging on roads and central areas, increased writing of news and propaganda articles on the anniversary on the Department’s web portal; strengthened the writing of propaganda radio articles sent to districts, towns to carry out propaganda at the grassroots level.
The Capital’s armed forces promote the 75-year tradition of building, fighting and maturing.
At the grassroots level, districts, towns, based on the actual situation of the locality, develop plans and organize activities of decoration, propaganda, visual promotion in the central area of the locality, the main roads, headquarters of offices, agencies, factories, schools, public cultural sites, places where many people move. Guide and inspect the propaganda decoration work in wards, communes, townships and agencies, enterprises and units located in the area, ensuring the conditions for Covid-19 prevention and control.
