The official dispatch clearly states that the Election Information and Communication Sub-Committee under the Sub-Committee on Election Information and Communication (Hanoi Election Commission) has established 5 inspection teams to evaluate the results of the election, declaration, decoration and visual promotion for the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the term 2021-2026 in districts, towns.
As assigned, Chairman of the Hanoi Labor Confederation, Mr. Nguyen Phi Thuong, member of Hanoi Election Commission, Deputy Head of the sub-committee is the head of 1st delegation and shall inspect districts such as Hoan Kiem, Hai Ba Trung, Hoang Mai, Thanh Tri, Thuong Tin, Phu Xuyen.
The Director of the Hanoi Department of Information and Communications, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Liem, member of the City Election Commission, Standing Deputy Head of the Subcommittee is the Head of the 2nd delegation, shall inspect districts such as Long Bien, Tay Ho, Gia Lam, Dong Anh, Soc Son, Me Linh.
The Director of Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, Mr. Tran The Cuong, member of the City Election Commission, deputy head of the subcommittee is the head of the 3rd delegation, shall inspect districts & towns such as Bac Tu Liem, Hoai Duc, Dan Phuong, Phuc Tho, Ba Vi, Son Tay.
Chairwoman of Hanoi Farmers’ Association, Mrs. Pham Hai Hoa, Member of City Election Commission is the Head of the 5th delegation, shall inspect districts such as Dong Da, Thanh Xuan, Ha Dong, Thanh Oai, Ung Hoa, My Duc.
The delegations will listen to the grassroots unit reporting on the implementation of tasks; conduct direct inspection and assessment of the results of communication and visual promotion in the districts, towns and works including decoration and preparation of material conditions (especially building methods judgment in the case of implementing social distancing when the Covid-19 pandemic develops complicatedly), etc. at the constituency; when detecting deficiencies, urge and guide the unit to have a plan to overcome, understand the situation of ideology of officials, party members and public opinion around the election; suggestions and recommendations of the units (if any).
The delegations will conduct the inspection from May 14 to 18, 2021.
