Minh Khai Ward held “Friendly Residential Group Leader” Contest

In the morning of May 21, 6 candidates, being leaders of 6 residential groups in Minh Khai ward (Bac Tu Liem district), participated in the final round of the “ 2017 Friendly Residential Group Leaders”. Leaders of the District Office of Culture and Sports, Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, mass organizations..

In the morning of May 21, 6 candidates, being leaders of 6 residential groups in Minh Khai ward (Bac Tu Liem district), participated in the final round of the “ 2017 Friendly Residential Group Leaders”. Leaders of the District Office of Culture and Sports, Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, mass organizations and residents of groups were present to support the candidates.

These were the best out of 9 candidates participating in the preliminary round of the ward. Candidates took parts in 3 parts: multiple-choice question test; short play performance and talent presentation.Questions raised by the organizer focused on the theme of building cultural families, cultural residential groups and standard urban civilized wards and some certain contents of the movement “All people join hands to build a cultural life”. Short plays performed at the contest were daily-life stories and contradictions arising in the community resolved equitably by group leaders, helping build the neighborhood consensus and civilized, progressive and happy families. Through the singing, dancing and poem performances, residential group leaders in Minh Khai ward excellently completed the talent competition in the enthusiastic encouragement of the audience.

At the end of the Contest, the Organizing Committee awarded the first, second, and third prizes and three consolation prizes to candidates. Ms.Nguyen Thi Mui from Nguoi Long 2 residential group won the first prize, who will then represent Minh Khai Ward to take part in the district-level “Friendly Residential Group Leaders”.
