Accordingly, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will agree on the Economic – Technical report on renovating and embellishing Huynh Cung Pagoda relic, Hanoi City, with the following contents of embellishment of Tam Quan gate and sub-gates.

However, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism note that for the Tam Quan embellishment and embellishment plan, it is necessary to reduce the distance between the 6 and 7 pillars to be equal to or less than the distance between the Tam Bao front and reduce the height from the ground surface to the lower roof to 3m. At the same time, 02 leaves are studied to be opened at the nave position. There is no reincarnation wheel on the ridge and bas-relief on the walls at 02 sides of the secondary gate. It is required to reduce the width between 2-3 and 8-9 axes of the secondary gate to below 2.1m.

Legally, the dossiers are based on the Circular No. 15/2019/TTBVHTTDL dated December 31, 2019, of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism detailing certain provisions on preservation, embellishment and restoration of relics (effective enforcement force from February 20, 2020, replacing Circular No. 18/2012/TT-VHTTDL dated December 28, 2012).

Huynh Cung Pagoda, called Sung Phuc Tu, is located in a fairly large campus at the end of Huynh Cung village, on the southern bank of To Lich River, today belonging to Tam Hiep commune, Thanh Tri district, Hanoi. The elders in the village said the pagoda was very old after ruined in the early stages of the resistance war against the French invaders, when it was rebuilt is unknown.

In the pagoda, there are still some green stone pillars hemmed with 15 blooming lotuses, bringing the sculptural style of Dang Ngoai Buddhism in the Early Le dynasty in the 15th century. On September 05, 1989, the pagoda was classified as a National Historical-Cultural Monument by the Ministry of Culture and Information.
