Aiming to encourage and develop the nonprofessional staging movement, in meeting the composing needs and arts appreciation among the masses, and adding an abundant source of scenarios to nonprofessional staging festivals of Ha Noi Capital, Ha Noi Department of Culture and Sports organized a stage scenario-wrting camp for nonprofessionals, Ha Noi 2016 (short play), with the theme:“Ha Noi on the way of renovation. On the morning of the 1st April, the launching ceremony took place at the Municipal Cultural Centre, which was attended by nearly 50 selective stage composers from 30 districts and towns on the area of Ha Noi city.
The competing works should be under a category of vocal play. Their contents need reflecting truthfully and vividly a Ha Noi City on the way of renovation and development. It should also have to highlight good values of the current situation, in the fight against the phenomena of backwardnesses, shortcomings which are hinderring the process of renewal.The works relating to way of life, cultured lifestyle, municipal civilization and the cause of new rural development in the Capital City would be highly encouraged. Writers might be able to submit their works for competition to Public Culture Section of the Municipal Cultural Centre at No. 4 Phung Hung Street, Ha Dong, Ha Noi.Deadline for work submission is as of the 1st April to the 1st May 2016. As for those composers, whose works are primarily screened by the Judging Board with good quality, would be invited to participate in the stage scenario-wrting camp scheduled in June 2016.
