Indochina has countless wonders that captivate visitors. They can be masterpieces of the Creator, or they can be artworks from the talented artisans. The winding mountains, interesting caves, pagodas… create a mysterious Indochina.

At the end of the 19th century, many expeditions revealed fresh and cool destinations like Europe right in the heart of a tropical colony. The wild mountains of Indochina gradually became tourist resorts, places visited by many people from those years such as Sa Pa, Tam Dao, Ba Vi in Tonkin; Ba Na, Bach Ma, Da Lat in An Nam; Bockor in Cambodia, Parksong in Laos and until now, these beautiful lands are still favorite destinations for a large number of domestic and international tourists.

Meanwhile, the coast of Indochina stretches for thousands of kilometers and attracts tourists by tropical colors with clear blue water, white sand, golden sunshine, and casuarina groves whispering in the wind. On the journey from North to South, places like Do Son, Sam Son, Cua Tung, Vung Tau, Nha Trang and Phu Quoc will surely be intriguing many people to stop to admire these beautiful landscapes.

In a speech in 1916, Governor General of Indochina Albert Saraut praised the beauty of Indochina: “In this colony of the Far East, everything contributes to arousing excitement and surprising our souls. in awe of the double beauty of nature and human endeavors both past and present”.

The exhibition consists of 3 parts: Part 1: Indochina – The Land of Wonders; Part 2: Indochina Sea – Tropical Paradise; Part 3: The mountains of Indochina – The ideal resorts.
