Hanoi International Fair of Handicraft Gifts 2017, held from October 17 to October 20 of 2017, consists of the display, promotion, and introduction of products of craft villages in Hanoi and other provinces, cities throughout the country as well as products made by other artisans, and the consultancy for and design of products. This is a good opportunity for businesses and importers to meet, exchange information, seek business cooperation opportunities, and sign memorandums of understanding, agreements, and product export contracts.  This will also help domestic handicraft businesses and establishments promote the production and boost the export of products in 2017 and following years.
The trade fair has over 650 booths of more than 250 enterprises from nearly 30 provinces and cities in the country, including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Binh Duong, Ben Tre, and five countries around the world (China, Japan, Korea, India, and Nepal). In addition to the products presented by exporters and traditional craft villages, the fair also features new designs created by foreign specialists.
With a variety of activities, the fair is expected to bring businesses, traditional craft villages, and handicraft artisans an opportunity to introduce handicraft products of Hanoi and other provinces in Vietnam to foreigners, contributing to the promotion of export and sustainable development of handicraft products of Hanoi in particular and Vietnam in general.
