On October 8, the Hanoi People’s Committee issued plan No. 224/KH-UBND to organize an art performance program to celebrate the 67th anniversary of the Capital’s Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 – October 10, 2021. The program is assigned to the Department of Culture and Sports to chair and coordinate with Hanoi Radio and Television Station and related units to implement.
The art program is organized to review the glorious tradition, arouse revolutionary heroism, to foster a love for the motherland, to arouse the pride and self-will of the nation; strengthen the People’s confidence in the leadership of the Party; strongly promote patriotic emulation movements, contributing to the successful implementation of political, socio-economic tasks of the capital in 2021; at the same time, extensive propaganda and education among cadres, Party members and people from all walks of life and the Capital’s armed forces about the great historical significance of the Capital’s Liberation Day and the glorious revolutionary struggle tradition of the Party and People of the Capital.
The art performance program is organized solemnly, economically, practically, effectively, safely, with high educational value and in accordance with Directive No. 22/CT-UBND dated September 20, 2021 by the Chairman of the City People’s Committee on adjusting measures to prevent and control the COVID-19 pandemic in the city in the new situation.
