At the conference, leaders of the Department of Culture and Sports presented the Plan on the implementation of the movement “All people together build cultural life” in 2020; Plan on the organization of the contest “Keeping village roads, alleys, hamlets and villages bright, green, clean, beautiful and safe”. Accordingly, in 2020, Phuc Tho district has set targeted goals: 80% of families are recognized and maintain the title of “Cultural family”; 76% of villages and residential groups are recognized and uphold the title of “cultural standard agencies, units and enterprises”. Carrying out 6 key tasks such as organizing the contest “Keeping village roads, alleys green, clean, beautiful and safe” in Phuc Tho district in 2020; replicating and expanding each commune and town with at least one self-governing family; organizing seminars to implement civilized lifestyle in the self-governing family; reviewing, amending and supplementing the convention “Cultural residential areas”; further developing frescoed roads in residential areas and schools and organizing cultural, artistic, physical training and sports activities, the movement “All people train their bodies in the example of the great Uncle Ho”; building a reading village and Cheo singing village in the district. At the same time, the district promotes communication and improvement of the quality of cultural models, civilized lifestyle in weddings, funerals and festivals; improving the operational quality of the grassroots-level sports and cultural institution system; reviewing, amending, supplementing and implementing conventions and village regulations, building an urban civilized lifestyle and organizing cultural and artistic activities.
