Speaking at the opening of the Conference, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports Tran Thi Van Anh affirmed that the professional training conference for the movement “All people unite to build a cultural life” and management State on the family in 2022 with 2 contents that are very important in implementing the theme of work in 2022 launched by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. In addition, at the Conference, leaders of the Family Department (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) trained on the state management of the family and the implementation of the set of behavioral criteria in the family. Specifically, the implementation of documents: Directive No. 06-CT/TW, dated June 24, 2021 of the Secretariat on strengthening the Party’s leadership in family affairs; Vietnam’s family development strategy to 2030 (Promulgated under Decision No. 2238/QD-TTg, dated December 30, 2021 of the Prime Minister); Ethical and lifestyle education program in the family (Promulgated under Decision No. 96/QD-TTg, dated January 19, 2022 of the Prime Minister); National Program on Domestic Violence Prevention and Control (Promulgated under Decision No. 45/QD-TTg, dated January 13, 2022 of the Prime Minister); Decision No. 224/QD-BVHTTDL dated January 28, 2022 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism promulgating the set of criteria for family conduct; Some new points of the draft Law on Prevention of Domestic Violence (amended); And refer to some content about building a plan of family work in the future.
Regarding the implementation of the Family Conduct Code, the leader of the Family Department also said that the pilot results of the 2-year Code of Conduct (2019-2020) showed that most households has carried out and assessed the need to implement the criteria of conduct in the family. The content of the Criteria briefly summarized the good values in the behavioral culture of Vietnamese families, which were easy to understand, accessible, feasible when deloying in practice, creating an important premise for the implementation of the set of criteria in the following years… The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism unanimously assessed and piloted the set of criteria for family conduct, contributing to promoting the propagation of religious education. Ethical lifestyle in the family through ethical standards and behavior among family members. Information and propaganda about the Criteria have been focused on in various, specific, practical and appropriate forms.
Through the professional training conference of the movement “All people unite to build a cultural life” and the state management of the family in 2022 was also an opportunity to exchange between specialized agencies of the Department of Culture and Sports with the Department of Culture and Information, Centers of Culture, Information and Sports of districts, towns; consult the leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on problems still encountered in the process of performing tasks.
