Promoting the propaganda to build Civilized and Elegant manner of Hanoians
Accordingly, the propaganda of the Press Award was promoted, culminating in the launch time, from June to October 2020. Coordinating agencies include: Department of Information and Communication, Department of Culture and Sports, the Journalists Association of city, districts, towns, party committees, and press agencies.
Extensively propagating the Press Award on Cultural Development and Building of Civilized and Elegant manner of Hanoians in 2020 in order to create a spillover effect in the press agencies and society, to motivate and encourage reporters, editors of press agencies, officials, party members and people actively participate, respond and have many excellent works attending the Award, from which to select excellent press works, typical collectives and individuals with many contributions to cultural propaganda and development activities and build elegant and civilized Hanoians to honor and award prizes.
The authors won the A Prize, the Press Award on Cultural Development and Building of Civilized and Elegant manner of Hanoians in 2019.

This is a practical activity to celebrate 66 years of the Liberation Day of the Capital (October 10, 1954 – October 10, 2020); celebrating 1010 years of Thang Long – Hanoi; welcome the 17th City Party Congress (term 2020-2025) towards the XIII Congress of the Party.
The Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports will build a special page and column on the website of the Department to introduce information about the competition, introduce the featured and winning works; To monitor and summarize the results of the competition to report to the Steering Committee of Program 04- CTr/TU of the City Party Committee; To coordinate with Hanoi Radio Television to prepare a cultural program serving the Press Award Ceremony on Cultural Development and Building of Civilized and Elegant manner of Hanoians in 2020 and prepare logo to be awarded to collectives and individuals who won the Prize.
